Your quick guide to getting started.

What to expect

Before class
Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and meet your instructor. Reserved spots that do not show may be given to standby students 5 minutes prior to class start time.

During class
We start with breath work to center yourself and engage your core. Every exercise is explained and demonstrated before you try it. Ask questions –– we want you to understand what you're doing.

After class
You'll feel worked but not destroyed. Your mind will be quieter than when you walked in. You'll have tools you can use throughout your day –– breath work for stress, core connection for daily activities.

We use the MindBody app for easy scheduling where you can purchase and manage your classes.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled online, or by calling (331) 223-9175 at least 24 hours in advance.

Recommended Attire
We recommend grip socks and comfortable clothes you can move in. Avoid loose clothing or jewelry, as that can get caught in the reformer.

Phone Policy
Please leave your phone in the cubby. We invite you to take the 45-minutes to unplug and tune into your body.
